1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
2. Eligible Items for Return
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Items that are incorrect (wrong product or variant sent)
- Items that significantly differ from the product description
- Unused items in original sealed packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive products
- Custom or personalised products
- Digital products or downloadable content
4. How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return with photos if applicable
- Our team will arrange a return pickup or provide a return address
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: refund to original card (5–7 business days)
- Cash on Delivery: refund via bank transfer or store credit
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a free exchange. Contact our team to initiate the exchange process.
7. Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, Kalibor UAE covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
